I'm hoping for a Gravel/Goldstein debate, but a Nader/Goldstein would be equally great.

Writing is a powerful tool. Some look at a pencil and a blank sheet of paper and see a world of endless imagination and exploration that can be used to teach others about the world, and in response be taught about the world by others.

And some see that same pencil and piece of paper and think "It would be totally hot to see Harry Potter eat his own feces."

Well, as it turns out, that bad feeling I had was right on the money. We just got the word from the Adult Swim/Cartoon Network that Tyrone's Inferno has been shelved. Apparently because of budgeting at the Network, and not a lack of interest in the project. That's at least some slight comfort. I guess. If it's true.

On the bright side, maybe the last issue of Eltingville will be out before 2010.
